  2. We explore the sphere of work to find individuals who possess characteristics as prescribed by the Position Specification. These individuals become candidates for the 3rd phrase of our approach.
     
  3. We interview the candidates to determine their suitability for our clients. This is combined with reference checks and methods of appraisals to evaluate the candidate in a more holistic light.
     

  4. Candidates who merit consideration are presented to our clients who will decide by their techniques of a conclusive selection.
